Is support included?
We offer retainers to provide the best value and ROI for your business. Retainers are much better than support for various reasons.
What is a retainer and why do I need one?
A retainer is a pricing agreement between Blue Nile and client for a set rate and period of time versus proposals for each task or maintenance and support for each of the services offerings. We will work with you to scope out what work will likely need to be completed, agree upon a monthly allotment of hours and then work collaboratively to meet the marketing and technical needs and goals.
Advantages of engaging in a retainer-based relationship:
What is a Web Platform?
Web Platform = Responsive Web Site Design + Conversion Rate Optimization + Content Management System (CMS) + Email Marketing Automation & Integration + Base SEO and SEO Ready Setup.
We focus on building web platforms for forward-thinking businesses that want to grow exponentially. Having a beautifully designed website is not enough but certainly a starting point. We believe that this is only 10% of what is needed to best position your business for efficiency, effectiveness and growth. A web platform closes leaks that may lead to extra digital marketing expense, lack of marketing integration, lack of data and extra expense subscribing to many SAAS platform, poor user experience, team inefficiency and poor communication.
What is Responsive Design vs. a Mobile Website?
Responsive design is included. The short answer is that they provide very similar end results. The website visitor is able to experience the website on a mobile device in a friendly and easy-to-use manner. A mobile website is generally known as “older technology” and responsive design is newer technology. A mobile website design is typically a separate website that is designed for a mobile phone. Mobile websites were popular pre-tablet era. Responsive design incorporates best practices to adapt screen-specific configurations. Content displays differently on various screens as widths adapts, or responds, to the screen resolution the website is being viewed on.

What is the ROI of Inbound Marketing?
Inbound marketing is more than just converting visitors into customers; Inbound marketing can also build brand authority in your industry and help with customer retention. All of these are important to the long-term health of your business. And not all of these elements are measurable, making it impossible to determine if you received a positive return on investment.
You have a marketing budget. You need to see a return on this investment. I get it. A bunch of smart people have worked to quantify what ROI you should expect from inbound marketing.
Your business depends on you taking this seriously otherwise you will fall behind your competitors and eventually fade into irrelevance. Even when you know this is important, how do you know you are doing it right?
Don’t be cheap. This is vital to your business. Don’t expect it to work without spending time and money.
Find digital marketing experts, either internally or externally that you can trust.
Don’t be scared. Technology can be scary. It can make you feel dumb. Your company needs courage here. Even for industry experts inbound marketing is relatively new. We are all learning.
Do keep learning. The digital world is evolving quickly. An expert today will be a novice a year from now if they haven’t kept up with industry’s changes.
Don’t stop trying. You’re going to waste money occasionally trying something that doesn’t work. You’re going to feel like this is not worth the time and energy. Don’t let it deter you. Getting your online presence right is work, but I wouldn’t suggest waiting to find out the cost of not having an online presence.
Is there a minimum starting price?
We don’t have any pre-priced budgets. We also do not have any monthly minimums or required buy-in packages. Our ability to handle all budgets -big, small and in-between sets us apart. Each client’s campaign is evaluated individually based off their goals, needs and ability. You get back what you put in, so if you can’t afford a comfortable monthly marketing budget, we’ll advise you on your options.

According to Forbes, almost 60% of small businesses are now investing in some form of online marketing. So the odds are that your competitors are using SEO.
Can I stop and start SEO as I go?
We strongly advise against starting and stopping Search Engine Optimization. SEO is not a sprint, it is a marathon, and results take time to develop and it’s through continual efforts that those results keep up. By stopping, you will lose results that someone else, such as your competition, will take advantage of and rise above you, and get in front of your customers.
