Member Area

You should have received login credentials to our secure member area.

Reset Password:

We recommend that you reset your password. Once logged in to your account area, click on the “account details” menu on the bottom left to reset your password. Alternatively, use this link to reset your password.
Invoicing & Payment Information

You will receive a monthly invoice from us 5 days before the end of each pay period (commonly the 1st of the month, when payment will be due) except for the first invoice, which you will receive very shortly. We accept the following modes of payment:
- E-checks or ACH (strongly recommended) – Please complete our e-check for recurring payment authorization.
- Credit Cards (VISA, Master Card, AMEX and Discover)

General Information

Please send us the following general requirements via email to hello@blueniledm.com
- Your brand styling guide and/or visual styling guide
- Your logo and branding artifacts in PNG and transparent versions. Include versions optimized for social media and web
- Audio/Video of you and/or company advertisements
- Pictures of your business/company
- Links to any articles you have written or been featured in
- List of any professional/business organizations memberships
- Logins and passwords to any local and online directories memberships

Technical & User Access

Please provide access credentials to the following, presuming you have these accounts created already. If not, let us know and we will create accounts for you:
- Hosting and DNS username and password for your domain
- Website/CMS username and password for your domain
- FTP username and password for your domain
- The email address you use to log in to Facebook.
Grant access to BNDM account (this will be included in your welcome packet/email).
- PPC – grant access to our gmail account
- SEO Google My Business - grant access to our gmail account
- SEO Google Tag Manager - grant access to our gmail account
- SEO Google Search Console - grant access to our gmail account
- SEO Google Analytics - grant access to our gmail account
- SEO Google Adwords - grant access to our gmail account
- Instagram and Facebook – Grant our Facebook Business Manager account access. BNDM’s Business ID: 414434425676127
- Bing and Yahoo – grant access to our gmail account
- Twitter – Grant our Twitter account (“Blue Nile Digital Marketing” or @BlueNileDM) "Administrator Access", and check the box to “Allow for Promoted-Only Tweets".
